Laboratory
TDF Maintains an audited and accredited laboratory for full chemical analysis of all of our process tanks, rinse waters and effluent.
With over 70 process tanks in use on a daily basis TDF monitors and analyzes these solutions used to plate your parts constantly. Meeting or exceeding the chemical manufacturers recommendations, TDF maintains strict controls on all of our process and related tanks.
Our lab is staffed by experienced people and we work closely with our suppliers to be sure we’re getting the best out of our process and staying ahead of the curve as new solutions and techniques are constantly developing. Using the tools all platers need from titrations to Hull Cell testing and more, we have what we need to meet and maintain strict Quality parameters.
Waste Water Treatment
TDF is closely monitored by a town run, local Publicly Owned Treatment Works and has an excellent record as a good corporate citizen. With constant verification of the water we discharge, we consistently meet the requirements of the local authorities as well as State of Mass and all Federal regulations.
Our modern system cleans the water to meet these limits and our in-house staff consisting of a licensed State Of Mass Level 4 Waste Water Operator, a systems operator and several experienced technicians to constantly run, monitor and adjust the system so the water quality we send down the drain is environmentally safe and in compliance.
New Directions
TDF is always keeping looking to find, and train and develop the next generation of lab technicians and Licensed Waste Water Operators. We are working and collaborating with local colleges, technical high schools and state run agencies to develop a young and sustainable work force. Utilizing every tool available to us including Certified Apprenticeship Training methods, being innovative and civic minded we are always doing what we can to develop and attract the best and brightest of future generations.
